Aim

In this course, we will have the invaluable contribution of external speakers who will share their recent discoveries on systems and computational neuroscience, from very diverse points of view. They have also agreed to lead hands-on application of their research in practical tutorials during the week, where students will learn the direct application of the concepts they have been learning duringthe week. The course will have 2 intensive workshops, one on the use of CEBRA a machine-learning method that can be used to compress time series in a way thatreveals otherwise hidden structures in the variability of the data, and another oneon concepts and data analysis of fiber photometry. Furthermore, we will have a short workshop on the application of models for decision making.
